Need a quick and easy way to pay your bill? You can now make all your
insurance premium payments electronically or by phone. Review the following
options to determine what’s best for you.

Online

You can make your payment online with the One-Time
Payment Service.
The payment is deducted from your savings or checking account.

By Phone
|
|
You can make your payment with a debit card, checking
account number or credit card* by calling the toll-free automated
telephone service at:
Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. A convenience fee per transaction is charged by
the vendor service hosting this option.
* Not applicable in Maryland, New York or North Carolina.

Direct Debit
|
|
Through Erie Insurance’s direct debit programs, payments
are spread over
12 months and are drawn directly from your bank account.
- With ERIExpressPay, you can make payments on personal lines policies.
Sign up at time of application or renewal. Two months down
payment is required to activate the account.
- With
Chek-Matic, you can make Erie Family Life
insurance and annuity payments from your
checking account. Sign up at the time of
application or one month prior to the next
premium due date.Two months premium is required
at time of application; one months premium
for an existing, active policy.

In Person
|
|
You can drop off your payment at a local Erie Insurance agent’s
office. Find your agent’s office by using the agent
locator.
You
can also make a payment at the company’s Home Office in Erie, Pa.
The cashier window at the Home Office is located
near the intersection of North Park Row and French
Street. For your convenience, free 15-minute
parking is available at the entrance of the
building.
