The story:

Back in 2008, Erie Insurance renamed their magazine for Policyholders, calling it Eriesense. Why? Because we wanted ERIE, and your insurance, to make sense to you. As the tag line says: Your life. Your insurance. Your magazine.

In the third issue (Fall 2008), we surveyed readers to see how it was working. Many readers told us what they liked and how we might make it even better.

Most importantly, of the 2,082 readers who responded, 76 percent said they took some form of action after reading, such as calling their Agents, doing home inventories or changing driving habits.

To us, that means the magazine is doing its job, helping our readers make better decisions about their safety and financial security. Here are some of the other comments offered by readers:
