From Real Life Patient to Playing One on TV
Brittany Hills, 19, had the shock of a lifetime when a heart condition set in at age 15. She watched a lot of "Grey’s Anatomy" as she recovered. Little did she know that just a few years later, she’d be healthy, alive and playing the role of a patient on that show. Here’s her story.
Awww... You Really, Really, Really Like Us

Get Your Kicks
ERIE Customer Deborah Nelson has found a great way to kick back and enjoy the wind in her hair—Good ol' Route 66, in her home state of Illinois. She and her two kids went cruising in Deborah’s classic ’65 Mustang this past spring.
Their trip through the Land of Lincoln took them to many nostalgic places, including Cozy Dog Drive In and Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, both in Springfield, Ill., and Route 66 Association Hall of Fame and Museum in Pontiac, Ill.
“It was a low-cost vacation and a wonderful way to get reacquainted with American history—we loved it,” she said.
