Check Out the New Customer Invoice

Dec. 19, 2011 – Erie Insurance has redesigned its invoice to be easier to read. If you’re a Customer and you haven’t seen the new invoice yet, you will when your insurance policy renews. The invoice will be mailed about three weeks before the payment due date. It will be separate from the renewal policy declarations.

The new invoice includes:

• A summary of past payments and premium adjustments.
• Information on payment plans and discounts
• Important messages about your policy
