Resources and Education

• Tools and online education to help Employees maintain a competitive skill set, chart a career path and apply and interview for internal positions
• Reimbursement for exam fees and incentive bonuses for pursuing insurance industry courses and examinations
• Funds may also be available for other professional education and conferences

Tuition Aid Program

• Tuition reimbursement for eligible Employees with one year of full-time service
• Reimbursement covers up to six credit hours per term for approved programs of study at accredited educational institutions, with a maximum of 18 credit hours per year

Community outreach at ERIE

ERIE cares about the communities we work and live. Our founder believed in being a good corporate citizen and that’s something that still holds true today. As an Employee, you’ll enjoy regular volunteer opportunities with organizations such as the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society and local Adopt-a-School programs.

ERIE also offers a matching gifts program, which provides matching contributions of up to $5,000 per Employee per calendar year to eligible organizations and educational institutions.
