Employee Benefits

Erie Insurance’s total rewards program reflects the value ERIE places on our Employees.   Competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits program are the main components, but there are many other elements that make ERIE a great place to work.

Year after year, benefit surveys place the value of ERIE’s total benefits programs significantly higher than the average value assigned to other employers. We regularly review our salaries and benefits within the local, regional, national and insurance industry labor markets to make sure we're a step above the competition.

Most benefits have no waiting period and begin the first day of employment.
