Don't text and drive. That's the warning teens at Pittsford Sutherland High School in Pittsford, N.Y. issued to teen drivers in a public service announcement produced in partnership with the Erie Insurance Lookin' Out program. "The kids did a fantastic job and the message is a good reminder for both young and experienced drivers," says Gordon Quinton, Pittsford Sutherland's Lookin' Out advisor and an Erie Insurance agent in Fairport, N.Y. "Some kids say they can text without looking at their phone, but I don't know how they do it," says Greta Antonsdottir, who stars as the driver in the PSA. "It's hard enough just learning to drive without the added distraction of texting." "Erie Insurance and our agents are proud to continue the 10-year tradition of working with teens to promote safe driving through Lookin' Out," said Megan Euston, Lookin' Out program coordinator. "We're pleased to provide young drivers with resources to help make the roads safer for everyone.
