A Message from the Pennsylvania DUI Association

Automobile crashes are the number one killer of teenagers across the nation. Hundreds of young drivers die on Pennsylvania's roads every year, with many of those deaths alcohol related.

The mission of the Pennsylvania DUI Association is dedicated to the elimination of alcohol-related fatalities, to make the roads throughout Pennsylvania safer, and to save lives. But the Pennsylvania DUI Association cannot accomplish this mission alone. It takes information, direction, training and support from others, like the Erie Insurance Group and its Lookin' Out program.

Since 2004, the Pennsylvania DUI Association has been a proud partner of the Erie Insurance Group through the Lookin' Out Safety Bug program. This program allows thousands of young, licensed drivers an experience and demonstrates safely to them how alcohol impairment affects their responses while driving.

Through this committed partnership and the work the Erie Insurance Group accomplishes by offering the Lookin' Out program in schools and communities, great strides have been achieved each year in raising the awareness among young drivers about the danger involved in driving, especially driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
