You can also access information about your account through ERIE's automated phone system. Have your policy number handy and call 1-800-458-0811, option 9, to check on your balance and recent payments.
You can make your payment online with the One-Time Payment Service. We deduct the payment from your savings account, checking account, ATM/debit card, or Visa, or MasterCard.
You can make your payment with a debit card, checking account number, or credit card* by calling the toll-free automated telephone service at:
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. The vendor service hosting this option charges a convenience fee per transaction.
* Not applicable in Maryland, New York or North Carolina.
Through Erie Insurance’s direct debit programs, we spread payments over 12 months and draw them directly from your bank account.
*Ultrapack Plus policies, Bonds, Life, Flagship Auto and assigned risk policies are not eligible.

You can make a payment at the company’s Home Office in Erie, Pa. The cashier window at the Home Office is located near the intersection of North Park Row and French Street. For your convenience, free 15-minute parking is available at the entrance of the building.
