Permitted Uses and Recipients
The companies of Erie Insurance Group (“ERIE”) provide Eriesense without charge to subscribers and others who provided their e-mail address through a survey or sweepstakes, to their ERIE Agent or through ERIE’s online bill pay feature (“Recipients”) for the purpose of providing Recipients information about ERIE, its services, insurance services in general, and other information, including policy information for policyholders. Eriesense may be used for that purpose only and not for any commercial purposes.
Agreement to be Legally Bound by These Terms
By accessing or downloading materials from Eriesense, you agree to abide and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any changes to these Terms that are made by ERIE and reflected in the Terms posted here.
Subject to these Terms, ERIE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the materials and information available through Eriesense(“Information”). You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of Eriesense.
You may access Eriesense and view and download the Information only for the purposes stated above. This license is not a transfer of title in the Information or any copies of the Information and is subject to the following restrictions:
You must retain, on all copies of the Information downloaded, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Information;
You may not modify the Information in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial; and
You must not transfer the Information to any other person unless you give them notice of, and they agree to accept, the obligations arising under these Terms. You agree to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on Eriesense. Eriesense, including all Information, is protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. You agree to comply with all copyright laws while accessing Eriesense and to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Information. Except as expressly provided herein, ERIE does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secrets.
INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH ERIESENSE MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. ERIE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION OR THE RELIABILITY OF ANY ADVICE, OPINION, STATEMENT OR OTHER INFORMATION DISPLAYED OR DISTRIBUTED THROUGH ERIESENSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH OPINION, ADVICE, STATEMENT, MEMORANDUM, OR INFORMATION WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ERIE RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY PORTION OF ERIESENSE. ERIE MAY MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES TO ERIESENSE, THE INFORMATION AND THE PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS, SERVICES OR PRICES (IF ANY) DESCRIBED IN ERIESENSE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
ERIESENSE, AND INFORMATION, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitations of Damages
IN NO EVENT WILL ERIE, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON ANY INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM) THAT ARE RELATED TO THE ACCESS OF, OR THE INABILITY TO ACCESS, ERIESENSE, INFORMATION, OR ANY LINKED WEB SITE, EVEN IF ERIE IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ERIE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes will be effective when they are posted. The modified Terms will apply only to disputes that arise after the modification has been posted on. ERIE may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of Eriesense, at any time. ERIE may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or part of Eriesense without notice or liability.
Location of Use and Choice of Law
Eriesense is controlled, operated and administered by ERIE from its offices within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. ERIE makes no representation that Information at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United States and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Eriesense may not be used to sell insurance products in any state where ERIE is not licensed to do business. You may not use Eriesense or export the Information in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations.
The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will govern these Terms without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions that would direct the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Relation to Other Agreements or Policies
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ERIE and you with respect to Eriesense.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
The information on Eriesense concerning ERIE’s insurance policies and other products is intended to give you an overview of the policies and products offered by member companies of the Erie Insurance Group.
