The principal agent, Sandra L. Bock, has more than 38 years of experience in the insurance industry.

“We really do care about our insureds and we make every effort to not only know them on a business level but to know them personally,” Sandra says.

Also on staff at the Agency is Sandra’s niece, Shannon Butts, who has been working with the company for more than 12 years. “Shannon is a very caring and kind person who brings her youth and creative marketing ideas to our agency,” says Sandra, who also notes that Shannon is excellent at account rounding and making sure she provides the proper coverage for each individual according to their needs.

The Agency has been the recipient of the Founders’ Award for profitability and production on a consistent basis for many years and has also been recognized over the years for life production.

Bock Insurance Agency goes out of its way to help its customers in any way possible. Sandra and her staff stand apart from other agencies because they are not only knowledgeable about their products and coverages, but they are also caring, gentle and compassionate. They send cards and gifts to acknowledge births, marriages and birthdays, and they make every effort to go to funeral home visitation hours in order to express their sympathy. Community Minded

At various times for more than 10 years, Sandra has volunteered at the Emmaus Soup Kitchen and has also served on various boards for her church and other non-profit organizations. The agency supports many local charities, various school activities and individual athletes, and Big Brother Big Sister in which Shannon is involved.
