Hamilton Insurance Agency was formed in 1986 in Edinboro, Pennsylvania. The agency supplies its customers with personal and commercial lines of insurance as well as life and annuities.

An Emphasis on Education

Georgiann “Turk” Hamilton is the principal agent with Hamilton Insurance Agency. She credits the agency’s success to the fact that she and her four staff members continually educate themselves. Turk acknowledges that they may not be able to protect all of their clients’ needs, but they are willing to offer suggestions as to how they can cover the exposures that their agency cannot cover. By doing so, Turk is able to make an educated decision on what is right and affordable to each of her customers.

Golf Sponsorships

Turk is the past president of the Erie District Women’s Golf Association and sponsors numerous golf fundraisers, including the Habitat for Humanity Golf Tournament, which she helps to organize and promote. The agency also sponsors many youth, high school and Edinboro University sports teams.
