Principal agent Jeremy Caldwell is the founder of Caldwell Insurance Agency, a full-service independent agency in Charleston, West Virginia. The agency proudly represents Erie Insurance, which sells auto, home, business and life insurance through a network of independent agents in 12 states and the District of Columbia.

At Caldwell Insurance, customers will find a welcoming, family-like environment. Customers come first and the staff strives to make everyone feel at home. Jeremy graduated from local George Washington High School and West Virginia State University.

“I enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal level,” says Jeremy. “I want them to feel at home here and know they can ask any questions they have. Someone from the agency will also come to them if they can’t get to the office.”

Jeremy is active in his community where he lives and works. He is a board member of the Bread of Life Food Pantry, the Sunday School superintendent at Trinity Independent Baptist Church and is active with the Davis Creek Church of the Nazarene.
