The Carnal-Roberts Agency was established in 1947 in Lexington, Tennessee, a popular tourist destination with seven lakes and the adjacent Natchez Trace State Park. The agency is a proud representative of Erie Insurance, which sells auto, home business and life insurance through a network of independent agents in 12 states and the District of Columbia.

Principal agent Tim Roberts has over 38 years of insurance experience. Combined, he and his eight-person staff have over 185 years of experience and serve more than 3,300 clients. Tim is a licensed property/casualty agent and holds the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation. He served on the board of directors for The Insurers of Tennessee and has served on agent councils with several insurance companies.

The staff at Carnal-Roberts Agency is deeply involved in community activities including local churches and the Henderson County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. Tim served for many years as chairman of the board for Community Bank.
