Smith & Smith Insurance Services was established in 1974 and moved to their new Wilson, North Carolina, location in 2004. The full- service agency offers personal, business and life insurance as well as business insurance consulting and agency management.

Principal agent William H. Shreve has more than 38 years of insurance experience. William is a proud recipient of the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He teaches insurance courses and is a former board member of the Carolinas Association of Professional Insurance Agents. He is also a member of the Technical Committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. He has also served on several other committees for the IIANC and CAPIA
