Principal agent and owner Michelle Dross has nearly 25 years of insurance knowledge and experience. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CSIR) professional designations. Michelle’s agency was named the Erie Insurance Giving Network Agency of the Year in 2014 for her work in fighting breast cancer, and has earned ERIE’s prestigious Founders’ Award.
