ERIE’s Customer Service: Representatives will accept your payment or assist you in making a payment. Just call 1-800-458-0811 ext. 4 for assistance.
Online: To make an online payment, use Pay My Bill, ERIE’s one-time payment service, to make your payment free of charge from your checking account, savings account, ATM/debit card, or Visa or MasterCard. For more information, review the online bill payment FAQs.
Direct Debit: Payment drawn automatically from your checking or savings account makes paying your insurance effortless. Sign up with your Erie Insurance Agent for ERIExpressPay® or Chek-matic. ERIExpressPay is available for new and existing personal and eligible business policies. (Bonds, Flagship Auto and assigned risk policies are not eligible.) Chek-matic is ERIE’s recurring monthly direct debit programs for life insurance payments.
