Need a quick and easy way to pay your bill? You can now make all your insurance premium payments electronically or by phone. Review the following options to determine what’s best for you.
You can also access information about your account through ERIE's automated phone system. Have your policy number handy and call 1-800-458-0811, option 9, to check on your balance and recent payments.
Through Erie Insurance's direct debit programs, we do the work for you! We spread payments over 12 months and draw them directly from your bank account.
- With ERIExpressPay, you can establish recurring payments on eligible personal and commercial policies.* We waive the monthly installment fee when you pay by ERIExpressPay. Contact your Agent to sign up or for more details.
- With Chek-Matic, you can make Erie Family Life insurance and annuity payments from your bank account. Sign up at the time of application or one month prior to the next premium due date. Two months’ premium is required at time of application; one month’s premium for an existing, active policy.
*Bonds, Flagship Auto and assigned risk policies are not eligible.

You can make your payment online with the One-Time Payment Service. We deduct the payment from your savings account, checking account, ATM/debit card, or Visa, or MasterCard.
ERIE’s Customer Service representatives will accept your payment or assist you in making a payment. Just call 1-800-458-0811 ext. 4 for assistance.
You can make a payment at the company’s Home Office in Erie, Pa. The cashier window at the Home Office is located near the intersection of North Park Row and French Street. For your convenience, free 15-minute parking is available at the entrance of the building.
