Forbes names Erie Insurance one of ‘America’s Best-In-State Employers 2020’

ERIE was recognized as one of the best employers in Pennsylvania

ERIE, PA (August 25, 2020) – Erie Insurance has been recognized as part of Forbes’ annual list of America’s Best-In-State Employers 2020. ERIE is ranked among the best employers in Pennsylvania. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Forbes and Statista selected employers based on an independent survey of approximately 80,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people in their U.S. operations. The study assessed each company according to atmosphere and development, company image, working conditions, salaries andwages and diversity.

Erie Insurance also appears on Forbes Best Employers for Women, Best Employers for Diversity and America’s Best Employers lists.

Founded in 1925, Erie Insurance’s home office is in Erie, Pennsylvania. ERIE also has seven claims and branch locations in cities across the Commonwealth. In total, ERIE operates in 12 states and the District of Columbia.
