Hispanic Network Magazine promotes the advancement of Hispanics in all aspects of business and employment to ensure equal opportunity
Erie Insurance (ERIE) has been named to the Spring 2023 “Best of the Best” list in the insurance industry by business publication, Hispanic Network Magazine (HNM). The publication reviewed hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies to determine its annual evaluations of the nation’s employers, initiatives and government agencies.
HNM, now in its 31st year, promotes the advancement of Hispanics in all aspects of education, business and employment to ensure equal opportunity.
“At ERIE, we celebrate and support the unique voices and perspectives of our employees, agents and customers,” said Andrea MacArthur, vice president of talent at Erie Insurance. “We value this recognition from HNM and are dedicated to improving workforce diversity and continuing to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion practices into our company’s culture, principles and core values.”
ERIE also received “Best of the Best” recognition for 2023 from Black EOE Journal, another DiversityComm, Inc. publication.
The lists were compiled from market research, independent research, diversity conference participation and surveys conducted by HNM’s publisher to “encourage active outreach and diversity policies among corporations and government agencies,” according to a news release announcing the 2023 listings.
Results are published in the winter/spring issue of Hispanic Network Magazine.
