ERIE recognized for best customer service in homeowners and life insurance
Erie Insurance (ERIE) was recently named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Customer Service 2024 in the categories of homeowners and life insurance.
The rankings, complied by Newsweek and Statista Inc, were identified from the results of an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. customers and 200,000 evaluations of customer experiences in the retail and service industries.
The final assessment and rankings were based on likelihood to recommend, customer focus, quality of communication, professional competence, range of services and accessibility.
