Abramczyk has helped build and evolve ERIE’s technology organization for more than 30 years
Erie Insurance (ERIE) today announced that Andy Abramczyk has been promoted to senior vice president. Abramczyk, who also serves as corporate technology officer, has helped build and mature ERIE’s technology organization over his more than 30 years with the company.
As Senior Vice President and Corporate Technology Officer, Abramczyk will lead Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations services, including on-premises and cloud infrastructure, data center and technology operations services, digital workplace and end-user services.
“Andy’s deep knowledge of infrastructure and operations has helped support and maintain a flexible, secure and cost-efficient 24/7 computing environment,” said Partha Srinivasa, executive vice president and chief information officer. “His contributions have increased overall efficiency, quality, availability and operational resilience within ERIE’s technology organization.”
Abramczyk recently led ERIE’s Cloud transformation effort focusing on critical infrastructure modernization.
“I’m excited that Andy will continue to drive our technology vision forward,” added Srinivasa.
Abramczyk earned his bachelor's degree in accounting with minors in finance and computer information management systems from Mercyhurst University. He also holds an associate in automation management from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
