ERIE honored for its innovative claims content management system that saves adjusters time and improves efficiency
Erie Insurance (ERIE) has been named a 2025 Datos Impact Award winner in Insurance Technology in the Core category for its innovative claims content management system.
ERIE was recognized for modernizing its content management system to enable claims adjusters to easily create personalized customer letters without relying on IT support, reducing turnaround time from days to hours. The system also eliminates the need for dictation and transcription, streamlines manual processes and significantly lowers digitization costs.
“I’m very proud of our team and their commitment to service,” said Christine Ward, director of Services and Technology at Erie Insurance. “It’s because of their perseverance, dedication and teamwork that we are able to deliver these benefits for ERIE’s Claims Division.”
According to Datos Insights, the award recognizes ERIE for both its commitment to innovation and its focus on making work easier for employees and delivering better customer service.
“I want to recognize our engaged Claims employees for bringing forward improvement ideas like this and the dedicated team that delivered this complex solution as part of our transformation journey,” said Paul Restifo, ERIE’s vice president of Claims Systems and Data. “It’s great when an initiative improves employee satisfaction and enhances quality, while also reducing expense.”
