Erie Insurance (ERIE) recently announced new senior leadership appointments within the company’s Experience & Customer Service and Claims areas.
Amanda Burgess has been named senior vice president for Experience & Customer Service. In this role, she will oversee the Services Portfolio and serve as the chair for the ERIE Experience Task Force.
Burgess started at ERIE in 2003 in the Claims Division and has taken on roles with increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president, corporate customer experience officer.
Jackie Tirpak and Joe Gennuso have been named as senior vice presidents, Claims. In these roles, Tirpak and Gennuso will work to continue strengthening ERIE’s award winning claims service across all lines of business.
Tirpak joined ERIE in 1996 as a claims adjuster and has held roles in Human Resources and most recently served as vice president, corporate claims officer.
Gennuso began his career at ERIE in 2006 as a financial planning and analysis analyst. He’s held various roles in Sales and Product and most recently served as regional vice president, Underwriting.
All three of the leadership appointments were effective April 3.
