Erie Insurance (ERIE) has earned national Platinum-level recognition from the American Heart Association for its commitment to employee health and well-being, as measured by the Association's 2026 Workforce Well-being Scorecard™.
The company has received the organization’s highest workplace well-being designation for 11 consecutive years.
The Workforce Well-being Scorecard evaluates factors including mental health resources, strategies to prevent burnout, health equity initiatives, employee compensation and benefits, and other factors that support a healthy, high-performing workplace.
“Earning Platinum recognition year after year reflects ERIE’s sustained focus on supporting employee well-being in meaningful ways,” said ERIE Benefits Analyst MaryAnn Marchant, who coordinates several of the company’s health and well-being programs. “We continue to enhance our programs and provide resources that help employees build and maintain healthy lifestyles.”
Employees have access to a range of health and wellness programs, including annual biometric screenings, health risk assessments, mental and emotional well-being resources, lifestyle and condition management coaching, and initiatives that promote physical activity, nutrition and preventive care.
“This recognition reflects our continued efforts to provide programs and benefits that support employee health and well-being,” said Jody Irwin, director of benefits at Erie Insurance. “When employees have access to resources that support their health, it can positively influence their engagement, productivity and overall quality of life.”
