When you or your family members have a question specific to your personal situation, the coverage provider or plan administrator is your best source of information. ERIE’s mobile benefits directory has touch-to-dial phone numbers and website links to make it easy to ask your questions directly to the coverage provider or find assistance in a crisis.


The mobile directory isn’t an app, but a microsite that puts a tile on your phone’s home screen that can be accessed like an app. You also can bookmark the directory in a web browser or save a shortcut to your desktop.
