Support for Customers Affected by Superstorm Sandy

March 7, 2013 - New York Customers, who continue to suffer financial hardship because of Superstorm Sandy, may need additional time to pay their insurance premiums.  We understand and we’re here to help. 

If you were affected by the storm and need to make alternative payment arrangements for insurance premiums that are now due, please contact:

  • Your Agent; or
  • ERIE Customer Service at (800) 458-0811, option 4 for property and casualty insurance inquiries or option 3 for life insurance inquiries. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You can access information about your account through ERIE's automated phone system. Select option 9 to check your balance or when your last payment was received.
