1. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal U.S. residents of legal age who have received an invitation from the Sponsor to complete a Claims Satisfaction Survey.
2. TERM. Prize drawings will run during each calendar quarter (“Term”), beginning 4/1/2024 and ending 3/31/2026.
3. SPONSOR. Erie Insurance Group, 100 Erie Insurance Place, Erie, PA 16530 (“Sponsor”).
4. TO ENTER. Complete a Claims Satisfaction Survey online as shown on the Claims Satisfaction Survey invitation. Upon completion and submission of a survey, you will automatically be entered. One entry per survey invitation and completed survey.
5. WINNERS. Prize: Five (5) prize winners will receive a $100 Visa® cash card or a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION. Selection of potential winners will occur during the first week of the calendar quarter that immediately follows the applicable Term from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or regular mail, in Sponsor’s discretion, within thirty (30) days from the date of the winner selection. In order to receive a prize, the selected potential winner will be required to sign and deliver to Sponsor a Confirmation and Acceptance form.
