Support for Maryland Customers Affected by Recent Storms

June 4, 2018 — If you were affected by the severe storms that impacted various counties in Maryland in May, we want you to know that we're here for you. Whether you need information about how to start a claim or more time to pay a bill, we can help.

Customers directly affected by the severe weather events may defer their payments for a certain period without a penalty.1ERIE is offering the special accommodations for Maryland Customers who reside in or own any property located in the following ZIP codes:

  • 21701, 21702, 21703, 21704, 21715, 21718, 21755, 21756, 21758, 21769, 21779, 21782, 21793 and 21770, 21041, 21042, 21043, 21045, 21228 and 21229.

If you need to defer your premium payments, please get in touch with your local ERIE agent or Customer Care at (800) 458-0811. Additionally, if you are in one of the identified ZIP codes and you need additional time to comply with an underwriting request as a condition of your renewal or policy continuation, please contact your ERIE agent.
