Support for Ohio Customers Affected by Recent Flooding

 

If you suffered damage or disruption due to the recent flooding across the state, we want you to know that we are here for you. Whether you need information about how to start a claim or more time to pay a bill, we can help.

ERIE is offering special accommodations for affected Ohio Customers who reside in or own property in any of the following 20 counties:

Adams, Athens, Brown, Gallia, Guernsey, Hocking, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Vinton and Washington.

We hope that these measures will be helpful during the recovery process:

Policy Cancellations and Billing

ERIE will withdraw notices of cancellation for nonpayment of premium effective on and after February 5, 2019.  We will also refrain from issuing any new notices of cancellation for nonpayment of premium to affected Customers until after June 11, 2019.  While our billing notices will continue to transmit, we won’t issue non-pay cancellations at this time1.
