J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Independent Agent Satisfaction Study

For the 2^nd year in a row, Erie Insurance was ranked #1 in Independent Agent Satisfaction among personal lines insurers.

ERIE led all personal lines (auto and home) carriers in the study, scoring 838 points on a 1,000 point scale, 81 points higher than the segment average for 2022.

FORBES 2022

Erie Insurance was named to Forbes list of Best Insurance Companies, ranking us in the top 2% of insurance companies. Nearly 4,200 insurance companies that offer property and casualty coverage, life and annuity coverage or health insurance were evaluated in five different areas including financial advice, customer service, price/performance ratio, transparency, and damage/benefit ratio. Of those companies, only 90 were recognized.

J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Property Claims Satisfaction Study

Erie Insurance ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction with the Property Claims Experience in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S Property Claims Satisfaction Study. The study measures satisfaction with the property claims experience among insurance customers who have filed a claim for damages. ERIE achieved the highest in overall satisfaction with a score of 912 out of 1,000.

Established in 2005, Confirmit’s ACE or Achievement in Customer Excellence awards are an annual award program recognizing companies committed to not only delivering a consistently great customer experience, but who use that experience to drive positive business results. Confirmit’s ACE Awards are given out in six categories: Digital Success, Innovation, Overall Business Impact, Employee Experiences, B2B (Business to Business) and Voice of the Customer.

Since our participation in 2016, ERIE has been awarded 12 ACE awards, including six consecutive awards for Voice of the Customer.  In addition, ERIE has gone on to win Judges’ Choice Awards for Multi-Channel success in 2018 & 2019, Business Impact in 2020, and Digital Success in 2021 and ACE Awards for Digital Success in 2020 and Employee Experience in 2021.
