At Erie Insurance, we want to help you find coverage that suits your home, lifestyle and budget. That’s why it’s a smart insurance decision to consider an ErieSecure® Home bundle to expand your protection beyond our standard homeowners policy.

With ErieSecure Home® Bundles, you can expand your protection with higher limits and additional coverages for things like underground Service Line coverage[1] or Equipment Breakdown coverage.[3]

Here are the basics on our bundles:

Advantage Bundle
Advantage Bundle
Our base bundle. Gives you the protection of an ErieSecure Home® policy, plus increased limits on things like theft, lost or misplaced valuables and the added security of ERIE’s Identity Recovery coverage.
Plus Bundle
Plus Bundle
All the benefits of the Advantage bundle, plus higher limits for things like trailers and watercraft and additional coverage for Siding and Roof Restoration. You’ll also get up to $10,000  of underground service line protection and the option to add Sewer or Drain Backup coverage.[2]
Select Bundle
Select Bundle
Our top bundle. Gives you all the benefits of the Advantage and Plus bundles, but with even higher limits. You’ll also get higher liability coverage for watercraft and Criminal Defense Cost Reimbursement coverage[4], should you ever need it. Additionally, when you add Sewer or Drain Backup coverage, the Select bundles also include Equipment Breakdown coverage.[3]

    Service and utility lines such as cable, internet or electrical wiring and natural gas, propane and sewer pipes are covered service lines. Lines from a home to a septic tank are covered, but lines from a septic tank to a leach field are not covered. Piping or wiring running through or under your home of other structure or a body of water including a pool, pond or lake is not covered. Piping or wiring that is not connected and ready for use is not covered. All service line failures caused by the same event are considered one failure. Blockage or low pressure with no physical damage to the service line is not covered. Talk to an ERIE agent or see the policy for specific coverage details and exclusions.

    Sewer or Drain Backup coverage covers loss caused by water or sewage that backs up through sewers or drains or overflows from a sump pump. Eligibility may be subject to underwriting guidelines.

    Equipment Breakdown coverage is not included if the Select bundle does not include Sewer or Drain Backup. Coverage is capped at $50,000 per occurrence and the policy deductible applies. Claims are subject to ERIE's surcharge program. Subject to terms, conditions and exclusions. Not available in North Carolina.

    Subject to policy terms, conditions and limitations. Reimbursement up to $25,000 for criminal defense costs and legal expenses when anyone we protect incurs to defend a criminal charge arising from reasonable acts committed by anyone we protect to protect persons and property provided he/she pleads not guilty and criminal charges are dropped, the charged individual is acquitted of the crime or the charged individual is otherwise exonerated from the criminal charges.
