Online Account Support

Here’s what you can do in your online account:

• Access your ID cards ^[2]
• Visit your auto and home policy declaration page to view policy options, such as deductibles and coverage limits
• View current and previous invoices
• View your agency’s contact information
• View the status of your claim(s)
• Chat with ERIE Customer Care
• Make a payment and save information securely in your wallet
• Choose paperless delivery for your policy documents

When you create an account, you’ll be asked to share some personal information with us, including your name, address, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. 

Please enter your information exactly as it appears on your policy, using your full name (including middle initial). Do not use your nickname or preferred name.
For your username, please use the email address that your ERIE agent uses to communicate with you.

Once you enter your information and we verify your identity, you'll get an email with a verification link. Follow the instructions in the verification email to log in for the first time.

If you’re having trouble with the account verification email, please check your spam or junk mail folders or go back to the login page and try it again.

We use these questions to verify that you are who you say you are and to help protect your information from unauthorized users. These identity verification questions are provided by a third party and are based on information available in electronic public records. This data is not restricted to your relationship with ERIE, and ERIE has no control over the content of these public record databases.

You can reset your password by going to the login page, selecting “Reset Password" and following the on-screen prompts.

Or, once logged in, select “My Account,” and then select the user profile icon to access Settings. Select “Password” and then “Reset Password.” Follow the prompts to complete the process. 

Auto Insurance customers may access and print temporary Auto Insurance ID cards through their online accounts. Once you log in, you can access your ID card(s) from the “Policies” section of your dashboard. Or, navigate to your specific Policy page, and select “Get ID Card.” 

There is one exception: if you live in New York, please contact us directly to request a copy of your insurance ID card.

To do so, call Customer Care:
(800) 458-0811, select 5 for our billing menu, then option 2 for ID cards and declarations pages
Monday through Friday 8am - 7pm (Eastern)
Saturday 9am - 4:30pm

Since changing your policy may affect your coverage, you’ll need to contact your local ERIE agent to make changes. As an experienced insurance professional, your agent will walk you through making important decisions about your coverage.

The best way to contact your agent is via phone or email. You can find your agent's contact information in your account.

You can:

• View declaration page 
• View billing documents and information
• View your agency's information
• Manage banking information for automatic payments

New workers' compensation policies are now available through a separate Business Online Account.

The business online account is currently only activated for new workers’ compensation policies. You will continue to receive information for existing workers' compensation policies and for other business policies in the mail, the same way you have in the past. Business online account for ErieSecure Business®, Business Auto and Business Umbrella is currently in development for future release.
