After Open Enrollment: You will receive an email on November 11, with a Confirmation Statement, confirming your 2025 benefits elections. Review it thoroughly to verify coverage accuracy for you and your dependents. You have until November 19 to correct any errors by emailing benefits.operations@erieinsurance.com.
