Checking on your claim

Helping you stay informed is important to us. At any time, you can check what’s going on with your auto, home, or property claim in your online account. When applicable, you’ll be able to view:

  • the status of your claim
  • rental company and repair shop information
  • payment status including history of payments made to you
  • contact information for claims representatives handling your claim
